Apex Planner show Organized/Owned appointments
Required Attendees field is not influenced by these options: they will see their appointments even with both options set to “No”.
Let’s see some examples to explain how these options work:
- Organizer -> Bob, Owner -> Bob, Required -> Bob
In the following table the “x” states that the user will see the appointment in his calendar
